Important information on new PlayHQ registration process

Some background!

PlayHQ - is the new digital platform to manage all persons that are cricket players, coaches, team managers. official, and or volunteers.
Play Cricket - is the new digital platform for player statistics, and team results. Play Cricket is the new name of the App which gives access to match scores and player stats for season 2023/24 and beyond.
MyCricket is the old digital platform which contains player details and registrations, match records, and player records for all historical seasons

A Cricket ID creates the link between PlayHQ, Play Cricket, and MyCricket, so that information is shared between the three digital platforms. The CricketID is an email address which is common to all three platforms and is the critical link to all historical records that exist in MyCricket. If you do not use the correct Cricket ID when creating your registration in PlayHQ, then your new registration will not link your historical records which are located in your MyCricket account.

NOTE: Anyone that has participated in cricket or registered a junior player for cricket in previous years ans is over the age of 18 will already have a CricketID. This means that senior players and parents of junior players will already have a CricketID. These ahve been created by Cricket Australia using your previous MyCricket accunt email address and password. A person under 18 years of age cannot have a CricketID. Parent therefore need to create a CricketID in their name and dependents are added to this CricketID

Registration Process

Step 2 : Complete your registration form in PlayHQ, and link PlayHQ to your CricketID Registration Link
Step 3 : Link your PlayHQ and MyCricket accounts on the Play Cricket App using your Cricket ID

ALL 3 steps must be completed successfully to ensure a successful registration
