We are now making some club documents available to the public due to club rule 7,1 : Inspection of Records
7.1 INSPECTION OF RECORDS
Members may inspect on request free of charge: the register of members; the minutes of general meetings; the financial statements; the minutes of Club Committee meetings; copies of these Rules; and records relating to transactions, dealings, business or property of the Club. Electronic copies of any of these documents shall be made available to members on request.
The Club Committee may refuse to permit a member to inspect records of the Club that relate to confidential, personal, employment, commercial or legal matters or where to do so may be prejudicial to the interests of the Club.
