Free 'come & try' sessions (offer ended)

No more session available for season 2021/22. New sessions will be offered

We will update the website around September 2022 for season 2022/23.

Want to 'try before you buy'?

We understand that kids sometimes want to try and activity first, before committing to a weekly activity or team. That's why we have free 'come and try' sessions.

What can we try?

Children aged 5 - 10 years can try one free session of Cricket Blast which is either

  • Junior Blasters or
  • Master Blasters).

For older children:

  • Girls and boys aged 10+ can try playing in a mixed team.
  • Girls can also try all-girls cricket.

(Note: attendance at a training session is free, but playing in a match on a 'come and try' basis incurs a cost of $5 which covers compulsory insurance).

Bookings for all the above programs are essential, email wpccblasters@gmail.com

We've tried it and love it! What's next?

Children wanting to continue to play after their free 'come and try' session will need to pay full fees for the season. ($99 for the Junior Blasters and Master Blasters programs and $170 for junior cricket). Just click this registration link and select either:

  • Junior Blasters (learning the skills) OR
  • Master Blasters (modified games with a soft ball) OR
  • Junior Club Cricket

Need more information? Check out our 'Cricket Blast', "Junior Teams' and 'Junior News' pages - if they don't answer your question, email wpccjuniors@gmail.com or call Kathy on 0407 870 851.

How do I book the free 'come and try' session?

Just email wpccjuniors@gmail.com with your child's name, age and the program / team you're interested in trying.
